"REAL STEEL"
i recently downloaded this movie just thinking that it was your average action movie and didnt have much of a story and also because Hugh Jackman, a fellow aussie, was in it.
Boy, i was really suprised.
The movie actually turned out pretty good, i loved everything about it, especially Dakoto Goyo, who plays Max Kenton, Jackman's 11-year old estranged son. i thought that he fully stole the show from Jackman with his exceptional acting skills.
i also enjoyed the robot boxing, the graphics were just amazing and you could see that lot of work has been put into making this movie. Evangeline Lilly starring as Bailey was also very beautiful, providing Charlie with support and also a place for him to stay in Tallet's Gym.
i also loved the relationship development between Max and Charlie, you could tell at first that they absolutely hated each other, but as they spend more time, they figure out that they need each other and that they complete one another.
This film has taught me to never give up, and that the underdog always has a chance if you give him a chance to prove themselves ... *Sigh* ... watching movies like this makes me wish i had like a little brother or a son that i can teach and hang around with .. ^^"
